This place is fancy and wonderful, with brand-new and spotless rooms in a magnificent location near everything, offering good views and amenities like a kettle.

This hotel was set in a very central area really close to the airport, and the center of Venice in a beautiful building that's seen many years go through. I appreciated the a double room which was outstanding:)))

The hotel is rated 4 stars - which definitely dosn't apply to the annex where my room was located. Therefore a mismatch between price and expectations which wasn't fullfilled. WiFi wasn't available at the annex which is a definitely must if you want to attract business clients

we've booked a standard room which located 50m away from main hotel. the room was very tiny. the standard was poor for a 4star hotel. very disappointed with the hotel.

The hotel is just two-three blocks from St. Marks Sq. It is central to that island. The room was small but comfortable, clean, well appointed, very comfortable bed, good breakfast, small bar in lobby, modern, and the staff was friendly and able to converse in English very well. Free internet available as well.

The breakfast here is delicious and satisfying with a variety of options, including cakes, eggs, bacon, and cheese made to order; the service is friendly, and the food is flavorful.

Initial concerns about proximity of the annex to the main hotel proved to be unfounded as the accomodation turned out to be wonderful. We had a mezzaine bedroom making good use of space.The breakfast room although small was well stocked and varied with a very pleasant and helpful young lady in attendance.The location was ideal being close to the major sites of venice.We would definatley return to this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the truly personal Venice. The location is the best and we woke most mornings to the singing of gondoliers going past the hotel's canal. Ther Breakfast room was wonderful and our room was modern and clean.

Plastic cups in the bathroom (probably because broken glass is a disaster) and those dumb European half-glass shower protectors. You could not enjoy the great watewr pressure and abundant hot water without soaking the floor.

The breakfast here is delicious! They offer a variety of cheeses, tarts, and hams to choose from. 🧀 So many options to satisfy your cravings!
